Incorrect/Wrong Addresses

We understand and know that time is a very important thing to everyone. If your order has not been marked as "shipped", you may still be able to change/correct your shipping address. Please refer to our Contact Us for non-shipped orders that need address correction.
If your order has been marked as "shipped" and is out of our hand, it is buyer's responsibility to contact their local USPS to redirect and change the address to the correct mailing address. If that option is not available, we will require a fee of $4.00 to reship your order once it arrives back to our inventory which may take 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on USPS and tracking number status. 
If you decide to request a refund or to cancel your order due to your incorrect address, we require a $10.00 fee from your order to restock the canceled item(s).

Ripped/Damaged Contacts

You are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions on beautylens.us, after checking out/completing any transaction on our website, make sure you have read all the terms written on our website.

BEAUTYLENS ™  does not cover any damaged contacts once they have been touched/opened from the original sealed packaging. We closely inspect all our products to be in perfect condition before shipments. Buyer is responsible to alert us with any damaged item inside the sealed packaging within 48 hours of receiving our shipment. Once the product is opened or touched, they are no longer covered for replacements or refunds. They must be ripped inside the sealed packaging to be eligible for replacements or refunds.
 

WHEN LENS ARE RIPPED IN SEALED PACKAGE:
Buyer is required to provide a photo of the lens inside the bottle (beautylens.service@gmail.com) for reassurance of
canceling out the use of unsafe contact lenses. Once confirmed and accepted, BeautyLens will send out a replacement or refund.

Defected Contacts

Contact lenses that appear to be in perfect condition but when wearing, they cause discomfort. No signs of tearing are visible.
Defected lenses are not common but it does happen. Our policy for defects is to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order (USPS Tracking Data). We must know as soon as possible so we can cancel out any issues due to the sensitive nature of contacts. 
Defected lenses are also required to be shipped back to our inventory.

Refund Policy

  • Refund does not apply if you buy contact lenses that were not up to your expectations.

  • IF BUYER RIP THE LENSES OUTSIDE OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE, refunds do not apply as all lenses have been cleared for quality before shipment.

  • All Refunds will take the usual 3-10 day to process through back to your card/PayPal account. 

     

  • BEAUTYLENS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE IF NEEDED.
