FAQ

Refunds do not apply if contact lenses that were not up to your expectations.
Refunds do not apply if change of mind. All sales are final.

SHIPPING
Once order is placed, processing will take 1-3 days to ship out. Once shipped out, shipping will take 2-5 days to arrive.
​Please check your email for your tracking numbers. No shipments on weekends.

MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking number stated that your order has been delivered but is no where to be found, please call your local USPS and provide them your tracking number. USPS will further assist you as we are in no control over shipments or deliveries.
*If you have entered the incorrect address and your order has been shipped out,  buyer is fully responsible to contact their local USPS office to report the issue. Or buyer may pay for another reshipment.

RESTOCKS
If the style of lens you are interested in is not found on the website, most likely we will restock in a few weeks.

RIPPED LENSES
Accidents happen but unfortunately, if the lenses were ripped by mishandling, refunds do not apply. Refunds only apply for arrived damaged by mail carriers or defected lenses that are reported within the 48 HOURS of receiving the package.

DEFECTS
​If your lenses arrive with defects, buyer has to resend the damaged good back to our inventory.
